  • Nine 1 lb packages of bacon (smoked and sliced)
  • Twenty-five 3/4" Pork Chops
  • Three 5 lb roasts
  • One 3 lb package of ribs
  • Three lbs of Sausage (your choice of Breakfast, garlic, farmers or smokies
Order for half a pig comes in 2 boxes

Each order is professionally cut, individually wrapped,
and each package is marked with its content.

Smoking: $0.75 per lb extra
Breakfast sausage: $1.25 per lb extra
Farmer, garlic, ham, garlic ham sausage or smokies: $1.50 per lb extra.

The meat is not injected with water to add weight, and no filler is used in the sausages.

Our pork is sold by the Side or Whole Pig, cut and packaged to your specifications by a family run processing plant called Interlake Packers.

The average price for a side of pork is $180.00. ($1.60 per pound cut and wrapped)
